He has 88 minutes to solve a murder. His own.
Forensic psychiatrist Jack Gramm (Al Pacino) is a university professor from Seattle who occasionally assists the FBI. He became known to the public as a key witness on the trial of serial killer Jon Forster (Neal McDonough), who because of his testimony, sentenced to death. On the eve of the execution of the judgment, one more victim was found, murdered on identical way as one for which was convicted Forster, which brings into question the validity of the judgment. After that, Jack receives a call informing him he will die in 88 minutes.
